Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using OREoS ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using OREoS on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

OREoS helps businesses discover their brand identity, generate AI-assisted marketing content, schedule and publish it to connected social accounts, and view performance analytics. AI-generated content is always saved as a draft requiring your review and approval before it is published.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use OREoS.

4. Connected accounts and content you publish

You are solely responsible for the content you approve for publishing and for complying with the terms of service of any social platform you connect. OREoS is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms against your connected accounts.

5. AI-generated content

OREoS uses third-party AI models to generate drafts of text and images grounded in the brand information you provide. AI outputs may be inaccurate or require editing; you are responsible for reviewing all content before it is published.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use OREoS to generate or publish unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

7. Plans and billing

OREoS is a paid subscription and does not offer a free trial. Using the Service requires an active plan, billed monthly in advance through Paystack in Kenyan Shillings or US Dollars.

Plan prices and usage limits (AI generations, connected accounts, scheduled posts) are shown at the point of purchase. Access runs to the end of the period you have paid for, plus a short grace period so that a late renewal does not interrupt your work.

After the grace period, access to your workspace is suspended until payment is received. Posts you had already scheduled are still published, so a late renewal does not silently kill a campaign that was already approved. Your content, brand profile and data are retained in full and become available again as soon as payment is received. We do not delete a suspended workspace, and account deletion remains available to you on request under section 8.

8. Termination

You may stop using OREoS and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OREoS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of OREoS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
